Stanford-10 End of Grade Testing in Your Area
When you register at your area's test site (below), you and your location's Test Site Coordinator will receive an email confirmation. Your Test Site Coordinator will contact you if anything unusual occurs. Otherwise, you may just show up to the test site on the dates published.

The tests are NOT mailed to you - they are mailed to the testing coordinator who will bring them to the testing site.

There are no refunds for any reason after the registration deadline as the proctors are hired and the tests are paid for immediately. If traffic, or illness, or an emergency delay you, contact your Test Site Coordinator and let them know what has happened. They have certain protocols to follow. You won't have many options, but they will do their best.

Test Grades offered comply with your state's home schooling laws. For example, NC doesn't require first graders to be tested, we won't offer it. Please note in comments section when checking out on what Test Grade you are ordering.

Cost: $45 per student. On Sunday four weeks before the test date, the price increases to $50. Test registration will close on the Sunday 3 weeks before the testing date. Any cancellations made after the closing date of registrations are non-refundable.

Please bring:
  • your email registration confirmation
  • lunch or snack depending on testing times
  • a book to read if finished early
  • two #2 pencils
  • calculator for 9th-12th grades

    The Stanford-10 Achievement Test is a nationally recognized test, used by educators across the country. As a norm-referenced test, the Stanford-10 not only offers the home-educator information on their student's achievement, it also provides comparisons based on nationwide test results.

    Only the parent sees the results and receives a complete test analysis.

    Depending on state laws, tests are offered each April - June with registration beginning in January and ending in 3 weeks before testing. We will do our best to return results to individual families in time for state compliance. Please be gracious, as we can not control Stanford Scoring or the U.S. Mail errors that could cause unusual delays.

    *We can only offer Florida testers the SAT 9. We can not offer Hillsborough County or Miami-Dade County, Florida residents the SAT 9 or SAT 10. We can not offer Delaware residents either test. Also we can only offer Chicago,IL testers(zip codes 60601-60660) the SAT 9. The Testing Coordinators will know which test they are offering. If you live in the Chicago area and would like to test please contact the Testing Coordinator of your area before ordering.

    The SAT 9 is timed where the SAT 10 is not.
